As healthy as it is delicious. “Kitanaka Garden” serves a healthy buffet with fresh vegetables and eggs delivered directly from our farm and contracted farmers. In addition to the original olive oil and salt dishes, we also make bread and sweets. Please enjoy EM-grown coffee after meals.

EM fresh vegetables are sent directly from our farm.
Our salad bar uses pesticide-free vegetables produced at the Sunshine Farm. All the special dressings that complement that salads are homemade.

Freshly-picked eggs directly from our farm.
Chickens raised at the Sunshine Farm eat pesticide-free fruits and vegetables such as papayas, bananas, and other local ingredients and EM-fermented feeds every day.

Freshly home-baked additive-free bread.
Every morning, you can enjoy our freshly-made bread by our baker. Made from EM wheat, brown sugar, EM milk, and EM eggs. Each jam is made with a lot of effort and various flavours such as ginger, bitter gourd, tomato, carrot, and sesame.

A variety of appetisers that make use of ingredients (such as yam, mozuku, marinated carrots, mushrooms, beef, eggplant, green vegetables)

· Sausage
· Ham (original homemade ham marinated with EM salts and herbs)

Japanese food
· Natto (Natto using Aichi EM soybean)
· Boiled Asa (A handmade dish made by a famous chef from Izena Island)
· Oil miso (confidence made by the chef, a special dish using tuna fat without pork fat)
· Simmered tofu
· Yakko (special island tofu using the local pottery method)

Rice
· Delicious rice, brown rice, rice cake (delicious EM-grown rice grown with love by contract farmers)

Drinks / soft cream
· EM milk (delicious fresh milk from cows raised in EM)
· EM soft cream (a rich soft cream with plenty of EM milk)
· EM blend coffee (delicious coffee blended with coffee beans grown in EM)
